The x-effect is a way to pick up a new habit. The idea is that there are several things you would like to do but don’t make time for. This is a way to focus on one thing that is important to you and make a habit out of it.
We are coming together to each work on building our own habit with the support of and accountability to others!

First person to get 2 weeks straight wins a “free day”. That means you get one free X to use any day.
First person to get 4 weeks straight wins the AirPods. A reminder that these are my AirPods I used twice – I did not purchase AirPods.
For everyone, when you complete your first 4 day streak and 1 week streak, pick one:
