Tim Ferriss is absolutely full of helpful knowledge! This video doesn’t have any habits that I personally picked up (though silent meditation is a fav. habit of mine) but it offers a good preview at his perspective – perhaps he resonates with your style!

- Ferriss only was able to adhere once he tried Transcendental Meditation (mantra based method).
- Ferriss isn’t fully behind the method but it worked because he met with an instructor regularly and needed to report progress.
- Headspace is also a good idea (*Bianca Note: I like this app for what it was).
- Running can also be meditative if done intentionally.
- Gratefulness is also an important component.
